Processing Times

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Order Cancellation

We aim to ship orders quickly. You have a window of 2 hours from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation. To do so, reach out to our friendly customer support team via email at support@fraemr.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.

 

Return

At Fraemr, we strive to provide our customers with the highest-quality frames that meet their expectations for comfort and style. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations, and we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return—even if you’ve used them!

To be eligible for a return, the glasses must be in their original condition, with all parts and accessories included.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, contact our customer service team at support@fraemr.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or feedback on how we can improve our products.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the product is defective or incorrect.
Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, which are outside our control, are not valid reasons for initiating a return.
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please report any such issues to support within 14 days of receiving the product.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
